The annual Iftar dinner hosted at parliament house this evening was attended by the NSW Muslim community representatives observing the Holy month of Ramadan along with other community representatives including members of parliament and [&hellip;]</p>

<p>The Muslim Women’s Welfare of Australia held its annual Ramadan Iftar dinner on Sunday the 4th of June. It was an exhilarating night that celebrated the glorious month of fasting. Every year, the MWWA reserves a day in Ramadan to gather women in the community, particularly converts and university students, to gather around one table [&hellip;]</p>

<p>Each year, the Muslim Women’s Welfare of Australia invites local women to join the global celebration in March of International Women&#8217;s Day. This year, the Muslim Women’s Welfare of Australia acknowledged and celebrated this global event with a brilliant lunch encouraging women to #be bold for positive change in our schools, communities and lives.
