2014 MWWA Iftar Dinner

At the Muslim Women’s Welfare of Australia, developing and maintaining ties between individuals from various cultural groups is essential to helping the organisation meet its objective of promoting social cohesion and harmony. Our Annual Sisters Iftar brings together women from many different backgrounds and gives them a chance to display their culinary talents. Through food we are taken on a trip across the world with a large variety of multicultural dishes being presented on the one table. The event saw old faces reunite and new converts join the group, for a wonderful night spent sharing food and enjoying each other’s company.
